The following equipment is generally eligible for grants; however, you must also determine the regulatory status of your equipment: Off-road equipment: loaders, tractors, dozers, excavators, scrapers, forklifts, ground support equipment, etc. Portable engines/equipment: an engine designed and capable of being carried or moved from one location to another - e.g. portable generators, concrete pumps, wood chippers, water pumps, etc. Equipment with 25 horsepower or greater diesel engines. Equipment that meets the current calendar year of regulatory compliance or is exempt from regulation (agricultural equipment). Equipment operating within the Air District’s boundaries, with priority given to those operating in areas highlighted in the Priority Community Map or in Community Health Protection communities.
